General Info

TECAPEI™ CM ESD XP681 black is a compression-molded, ESD-protective PEI (polyetherimide) engineered for applications requiring controlled electrostatic discharge, high-temperature performance, and mechanical strength. Its carbon-based filler system provides surface resistivity in the 10^6 to 10^9 Ohms/Square range, helping protect sensitive electronic components while reducing dust attraction and spark hazards. TECAPEI™ CM ESD XP681 provides 11,860 psi tensile strength, 15,220 psi flexural strength, and a 425°F glass transition temperature, making it well suited for demanding semiconductor, electronics, and chemical processing applications.

Available as a compression-molded sheet, rod, or tube.
